Dzuris Public Records Compliance Officer Town of Chelmsford 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA 01824 Dear Ms. Dzuris: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response of the Town of Chelmsford (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, §10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). The requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the Records Access Officer, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g). In Mr. Mazurczyk’s letter of appeal to this office, the required copy of the original request was not provided. Given that a copy of the original request was not included, I am unable to process the appeal at this time. Please feel free to re-submit your appeal when you have retrieved copies of all the required documents. If you are unable to obtain copies of the required documents, you may make a new request to the Town for the same information.
