G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 3, 2023, Mr. Gerhardson requested “...all Board of Police Commissioners agendas, meeting minutes, and executive session minutes from the Board’s inception to the present.” The City provided a response on February 27, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Gerhardson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0394, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Gerhardson with a further response dated March 1, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s February 27, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Gerhardson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s March 1st response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
