Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs 100 Cambridge Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney Doherty: I have received the petition of Attorney Bridget Connelly appealing the response of the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 2, 2023, Attorney Connelly requested the following: [1] COE INVESTIGATION # COM0002818 Report dated January 9, 2023; and [2] All emails, text messages, calendar invites, Teams chat logs and any other form of communication regarding said investigation and any related investigation(s) between and among EEA, DCR, DEP and HRD for the period of March 10, 2022 to the present. The Office initially responded on February 3, 2023. Following further correspondence with the Office, and unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Attorney Connelly appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Following the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Office provided a supplemental response by email to Attorney Connelly on March 2, 2023. Subsequently, in an email to this office on the same day, Attorney Connelly states that she wishes to withdraw her appeal.
