Records of any and all payments to hotel or motels associated with the Emergency Assistance program from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed. 2. Any and all contracts or agreements between the state and any hotel or motel associated with the Emergency Assistance program from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed. 3. Any and all contracts or agreements with [named] Management from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed. 4. Records of any and all payments to [named] Management or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed. 5. Any and all requests for response, requests for proposal, bids, or other similar documents related to the provision of hotel or motel rooms for use by the Emergency Assistance program from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed. 6. Any and all responses, proposals, bids or similar records in response to the records described in item 5 from September 1, 2022 to the date on which this request is processed.
