G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 12, 2023, Ms. Reid requested “…all correspondence (emails and letters) relating to the [named] address ... Wenham from the following departments: Assessors/ Building/Board of Health/Conservation/Planning/Zoning beginning in the year 2018 through today, January 12, 2023.” On January 31, 2023, Ms. Reid modified her request and requested, “...all emails and written correspondence on . . . street between the property owner and the Building Dept/Commissioner for the years 2021-2023.” The Town responded on January 18, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Reid petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0468, was opened as a result. In an email dated March 16, 2023, Ms. Reid stated that “…the Town of Wenham has partially fulfilled my public records [request]…[.] However at this time I will accept the records they have submitted and consider the request closed.” Accordingly, per Ms. Reid’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
