G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 6, 2023, Ms. Day requested the following records: 1. The full report from the external investigator hired by MHD public schools to investigate the bullying complaint against MHS girls’ [named person]... 2. The executive summary document of the above mentioned report. 3. Invoice of total expenses billed/paid to the external investigator for conducting the investigation and providing the report. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Day petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0536, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Ms. Day on March 21, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Day has appealed the Town’s March 21st response which has been opened as SPR23/0544.
