See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 27, 2023, Mr. Herman requested, “... the complete file for SPR23/0112, which involves Lonn Drucker and the City of Boston.” The Division responded on March 27, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0569, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Division provided a further response to Mr. Herman on April 10, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Division’s March 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s April 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
