The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Office Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records March 30, 2023 SPR23/0571 Lori Smith Town Clerk/Records Access Officer Town of Dudley 71 W Main Street Dudley, MA 01571 Dear Ms. Smith: I have received the petition of David Durgin appealing the response of the Town of Dudley (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2023, Mr. Durgin requested various payments and invoices to the Town of Dudley from a variety of entities. The Town provided a response on March 10, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Durgin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0571, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response on March 29, 2023. Mr. Durgin replied indicating that he was satisfied with the Town’s March 29th response. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
