G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 15, 2023, Mr. Baiz requested a copy of a call for service regarding an identified incident. On March 24, 2023, the City provided Mr. Baiz with two responses. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Baiz petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0574, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City has provided a further response dated April 6, 2023 to Mr. Baiz. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 24th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
