Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Quemere with a response dated March 30, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere has appealed the Town’s March 30th response which has been opened as SPR23/0626.
