G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 22, 2023, Mr. Carrier requested the following: [1] All meeting minutes and/or documents for the Property Committee meeting on the 1st quarter and/or for the month of January 2023. [2] All meeting minutes and/or documents for the Canteen Committee meeting for the 1st quarter and/or for the month of January 2023. [3] Any and all documents that were presented in the meeting(s) for the above months/quarters. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR23/0346 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 6, 2023). In my March 6th determination, I closed the appeal after the Department provided Mr. Carrier with a supplemental response on February 21, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Carrier petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0606, was opened as a result. Based upon a conversation between a representative of the Department and a staff attorney of the Public Records Division, it is my understanding that the Department intends on providing a further response to Mr. Carrier to address his records request. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
