G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 16, 2023, Mr. Hart requested, “[p]olice reports for Nov 1 and Nov 21 stemming from a k9 attack at the home of [a named individual] . . . in north Brookfield[.]” The Town provided a response on March 16, 2023 and referred the request to the North Brookfield Police Department (Department). Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Hart petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0631, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a further response on April 11, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s March 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hart may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 11th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
