G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 10, 2023, Mr. Lunger requested the following: [S]ome voter data for a State Committee campaign. ACP partisan data for 3/3/20 ACP partisan data for 9/1/20 ACP partisan data for 9/6/22 ANP non-partisan data for 11/3/20 ANP non-partisan data for 11/8/22 RES resident extract, current The CSVs would be fine; xls/xlsx works as well. The Town responded on March 2, 2023, providing multiple responsive records. Following further correspondence, unsatisfied with the Town’s response, and seeking additional records, Mr. Lunger appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the Town provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Lunger on April 3, 2023, including additional responsive records. As this appeal was opened based on the Town’s March 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Lunger may further appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 3rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
