G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 23, 2023, Ms. Guarnera requested a candidate’s 2023 Form CPF M101: Statement of Organization candidate or candidate’s committee municipal form. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Guarnera petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0708, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response on April 11, 2023 to Mr. Guarnera’s request. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Guarnera has appealed the Town April 11th response which is now opened as SPR23/0729.
