See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 29, 2023, Mr. Soltas requested “… Brookline’s latest annual census (a.k.a. street listing, resident list, etc.), as collected under MGL Ch. 51 Sec. 4.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Soltas petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0738, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Soltas with a response dated April 14, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Soltas may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 14th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
