See G. L. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 20, 2023, Ms. Villeneuve requested. “… copies of the Statewide Long-Term Care Ombudsmen annual reports for FYS 2017, 2018 and 2019.” The Office responded on April 20, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Villeneuve petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0771, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided a further response to Ms. Villeneuve on May 3, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s April 20th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Villeneuve may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s May 3rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
