Hassett Drive Medford, MA 02155 Dear Ms. Spencer: I have received the petition of Shawn Cline appealing the nonresponse of the City of Medford (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 11, 2023, Mr. Cline requested the following records: “[1.] For the period January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2022 all communication in all forms related to the property address 15 I Harrison Street, Medford, MA 02155 [2.] For the period January 1 2006 through December 31 2022, all permits issued, all permit applications filed, all plans and drawings submitted, all variance requests, all notices to quit, all post inspection sign offs on permits, all legal documentation and actions fines and penalties; related to the property address 15 Harrison Street, Medford, MA 02155 [3.] For the period January 1 2006 through December 31, 2022, all reports/complaints filed with the City of Medford via their seeclickfx site and through all other means, including the city’s actions and resolutions [4.] The personal, legal and residential addresses of all employees of the building department [5.] The driving records of all employees of the building department [6.] The year, make, model and license plate numbers of all voh1clos used by the building department in execution of their official job responsibilities [7.] The job applications, interview notes and off or letters for all of the building department employees [8.] The human resource files and union communications related to all of the building department employees. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Cline petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0823, was opened as a result. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
