G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 17, 2023, Ms. DiNatale requested “…an electronic copy of all the arrests made by the police department from March 1, 2023 to April 17, 2023.” The Department provided a response on April 19, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. DiNatale petitioned this office, and appeal, SPR23/0832, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Ms. DiNatale with a further response dated May 10, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s April 19, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. DiNatale may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s May 10th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
