The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records April 28, 2023 SPR23/0838 Mary A. Maslowski Town Clerk Yarmouth Town Hall 1146 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA 02664 Dear Ms. Maslowski: I have received the petition of Benjamin Robinson appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Yarmouth (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 31, 2023, Mr. Robinson requested “… a copy of the voter history for the election in November 8, 2022, including the early vote and mail-in voters…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Robinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0838, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Robinson with a response dated April 28, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Robinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc Benjamin Robinson, PhD One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
