See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2023, Mr. Perry requested the following records: 1. A complete, unredacted, and itemized listing any and all monies/donations received by PLSM from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2023 from any and all local, state, and federal agencies and entities as well as any and all private donations; 2. A complete, unredacted, and itemized listing of any and all monies spent and/or disbursed by PLSM from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2023, Including, but not limited to, monies spent for civil litigation, research, travel, and postage; 3. A complete, unredacted, and itemized listing of any and all employees who work or have worked for PLSM from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2023; 4. A complete, unredacted, and itemized listing of any and all monies paid to any and all persons listed in paragraph 3 of this public records request from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Perry petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0843, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it remains unclear whether PLSM has provided a response. Accordingly, PLSM is ordered to provide Mr. Perry with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
