G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 14, 2023, Ms. Alix requested the following records: [1.] The cost estimate sent to town officials from Fuss & O’Neill detailing the types of services it claims will be necessary to administer the Public Involvement Plan; [2.] All emails, text messages, memos, and/or letters regarding the cost estimate referenced above shared between town officials and representatives of Fuss & O’Neill; [3.] Shutesbury Town Administrator job description. The Town responded on April 15, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Alix petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0954, was opened as a result. In an email dated May 12, 2023, Ms. Alix informed a staff attorney of the Public Records Division that “…I have received information from the Shutesbury RAO and now consider the matter resolved.” Accordingly, per Ms. Alix’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
