Harris, Ph.D. Town Clerk Town of Boxborough 29 Middle Road Boxborough, MA 01719 Dear Dr. Harris: I have received the petition of Mark White appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Boxborough (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 19, 2023, Mr. White requested “…a list of all complaints, actions or allegations filed with the Boxborough Police Department since January 1, 2023…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. White petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0955, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a response to Mr. White on May 2, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. White may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
