See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 25, 2023, Mr. Mazurczyk requested: [1] [An identified individual’s] retirement communications with [an identified individual] that led to above announcement. [2] Name of the public safety consulting firm Town hired to assess police chief candidates and record of retainer/fees and any other pertinent records. [3] List of qualified applicants for the position of chief of police. On April 28, 2023, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/0996, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided a further response dated May 23, 2023 to Mr. Mazurczyk. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s April 28th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s May 23rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
