Christiansen appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Milton (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 17, 2023, Ms. Christiansen requested “…all submitted paperwork for school construction funding from the Massachusetts School Building Authority for the last four times that Milton has submitted a request.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Christiansen petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1015, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Town provided a response on May 15, 2023 to Ms. Christiansen’s request. Where the Town provided a written response to Ms. Christiansen’s request, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
