G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 25, 2023, Mr. O’Donnell requested, “incident and/or motor vehicle crash report(s)” regarding a specified incident. The City responded on April 27, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. O’Donnell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1118 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response on June 1, 2023. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s April 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. O’Donnell may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
