See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 18, 2023, Mr. Wood requested “…notification of appointment/ promotion/job description since 2016 and records mentioning educator or other required licensure since December 1, 2022 for [named individuals].” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1194, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a response to Mr. Wood on June 6, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
