See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 12, 2023, Mr. Waller requested, “... the following information ... for the calendar period 2022 as follows: [1.] Each request for public records submitted to the records access officer... [2.] The date on which a response is provided to the requestor; [3.] The date on which a public record is provided to the requestor; [4.] The number of hours required to fulfill the request; [5.] Fees charge to the person making the request, if any; [6.] Petitions submitted under clause (iv) of subsection (d) of Section 10; [7.] Requests appealed under section 10A; [8.] The time required to comply with supervisor of records orders... [9.] The final adjudication of any court proceedings under subsection (d) of Section 10A; The Town responded on April 21, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Waller petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1327, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Town intends on providing a further response to Mr. Waller to address his records request. Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Waller with said response in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
