See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 27, 2023, Mr. Wood requested the following information for named persons: 1. Academic/Administrator Professional Development Plans and amendments, if any; 2. Supervisor approval[s] of Professional Development Plans and amendments, if any; 3. Activity logs of professional development including, but not limited to Professional Development Points and supporting records attributed to Professional Development Plan progress and license maintenance. Prior Appeals and In camera Review This request was the subject of prior appeals and a subsequent in camera review. See SPR23/0316 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 3, 2023) and SPR23/0645 Determinations of the Supervisor of Records (April 18, 2023 and June 7, 2023). In my June 7th determination, I found the School did not meet its burden to withhold the requested records pursuant to Exemption (c) of the Public Records Law. On June 15, 2023, the School provided the records to Mr. Wood. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1373, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the School intends on providing a further response to Mr. Wood. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Wood may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days.
