City Solicitor City of Brockton Brockton City Hall 45 School Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Attorney Bridges: I have received the petition of Lisa Crowley appealing the nonresponse of the City of Brockton (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; See also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 25, 2023, Ms. Crowley requested “…a copy of the mulch storage permit issued to New Heights Builders for the property known as Romuva Park and the site of the alleged premier sports complex…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Crowley petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1394, was opened as a result.
