The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records July 10, 2023 SPR23/1479 Superintendent Carol Jacobs Georgetown Public Schools 51 North Street Georgetown, MA 01833 Dear Superintendent Jacobs: I have received the petition of Kevin Wood appealing the nonresponse of the Georgetown Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 8, 2023, referring to a specific letter from the School, Mr. Wood requested “…the attached record in its original, unadultered format…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Wood petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1479, was opened as a result. Subsequently, it is my understanding the School provided the requested record to Mr. Wood in a response dated June 27, 2023. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
