The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records July 13, 2023 SPR23/1526 Tina Danzy Executive Director Great Barrington Housing Authority 2 Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 01230 Dear Ms. Danzy: I have received the petitions of Eileen Mooney appealing the nonresponse of the Great Barrington Housing Authority (Authority) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 30, 2023 and June 13, 2023, Ms. Mooney requested various payroll records and invoices regarding the Great Barrington Housing Authority. Having received no response, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1526, was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority responded to Ms. Mooney’s request with a response sent on July 10, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s nonresponse, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mooney may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Manza Arthur Supervisor of Records cc: Eileen Mooney One Ashburton Place, Room 1719, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 • (617) 727-2832• Fax: (617) 727-5914 sec.state.ma.us/pre • pre@sec.state.ma.us
