G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 30, 2023 and June 13, 2023, Ms. Mooney requested various payroll records and invoices regarding the Great Barrington Housing Authority. Having received no response, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1526, was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority responded to Ms. Mooney’s request with a response sent on July 10, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s nonresponse, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mooney may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
