See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 21, 2023, Ms. Mooney requested “…the source of each revenue listed in the April 30 statement from Berkshire Bank. This includes any explanation of the reason for the deposit. Any deposit for rent deposits should not include any tenant’s name.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Mooney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1592, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority provided a response to Ms. Mooney on July 13, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mooney may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
