Henry, Esq., of Krakow, Souris & Landry, LLC, on behalf of their client Timothy Craw, of the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (NASRCC), appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Millbury (Town) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 23, 2023, Mr. Craw requested the following records: [1.] A copy of the certified payrolls for all contractors and subcontractors except for the plumbing, HVAC and electrical subcontractors for the referenced project to date[;] [2.] A copy of the wage determination sheets for this project and OSHA certification cards (copies) for the referenced project[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Henry petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1617, was opened as a result. In an email dated July 13, 2023, Attorney Henry informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
