See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 10, 2023, Ms. Wagner requested “...any and all public records in the possession of the MA EOHHS and the MA Department of Labor that mention the two-word term Show Cause.” Additionally, Ms. Wagner requested records pertaining to the following: [1.] …discuss employment-related Show Cause hearings[;] [2.] ...distinguish between employment-related Show Cause hearings and criminal Show Cause hearings[;] [3.] …regarding employment-related Show Cause hearings that define the term and/or mention, discuss/describe the steps the Commonwealth of MA is required or expected to take and guidance/rules that must be followed leading up to and following the hearing, including as pertain to recording the hearing, creating a transcript of it, and retaining/handling/archiving relevant records upon completion of the hearing.
