Reilly appealing the responses of the Fall River Police Department (Department) to his requests for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 21, 2023, Mr. Reilly requested the following: [1.] Any and all records, documentation, log entries or calls to service pertaining to [listed location] between the dates of August 1, 2017, through March 1, 2019. [2.] Any and all records, documentation or log entries pertaining to [a named person.] The Department responded on April 25, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Reilly petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1668, was opened as a result. On June 6, 2023, Mr. Reilly submitted an additional public records request and requested the following: [1.] Any and all records, documentation, log entries or calls to service pertaining to [listed location] between the dates of August 1, 2017, through June 6, 2023. [2.] Any and all records, documentation or log entries pertaining to [a named person] On June 7, 2023, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Raymond petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1669, was opened as a result. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the Department’s April 25th and June 7th responses, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
