G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.06(4). As required by law, the School furnished a copy of this petition to the requestor. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c); G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). On July 13, 2023, Malden News Network requested the following: [A]ny records created, sent or received, from 1/1/23 to the date of your response to this request, by any staff member in the Malden Public School System related to the hiring of any Assistant Principal or Principal into the Malden School System during the calendar year 2023.
