See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 17, 2023, Mr. Brown requested “…any and all documentation regarding a sign that was erected near Alewife Brook.” The City provided a response on July 18, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Brown petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1736, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Brown with a further response dated August 4, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s July 18, 2023 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s August 4th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
