See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 31, 2023, Mr. Sanchez requested “…a complete copy of the entry log book that show all the time that my trial counsel visit [sic] me at Nashua St. Jail. I would like the Entry Log Book to show the start and end time for each day that my attorney . . . visit [sic] me at Nashua St.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sanchez petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR/1787, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Sanchez with a response dated August 9, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sanchez may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s August 9th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.09(1).
