Narekiewicz appealing the response of the Tewksbury Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 23, 2023, Mr. Narekiewicz requested the following: [A]ny and all correspondence pertaining to the incident(s) on the Number 1 bus of the HeathBrook / Center Elementary School run that happened on April 12, 2023. That would include both the morning and afternoon runs. The correspondence would be between but not limited to [the District Business Manager], Ms. Osborne, the Superintendent, the Tewksbury Town Manager, Nathan (Tewksbury Transit Manage,). Tewksbury Transit, and or their parent company Student Transportation of America. The dates would be limited to April 12-14, 2023. The School responded on June 6, 2023. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Narekiewicz appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Narekiewicz and this office on August 23, 2023. As this appeal was opened based on the School’s June 6th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Narekiewicz may further appeal the substantive nature of the School’s August 23rd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
