McKinnon appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Planning & Development Agency (Agency) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 25, 2023, Ms. McKinnon requested: Emails and other communication between [an identified individual] and [four identified individuals] and any MBTA representative related to the MBTA Arborway bus facility, Forest Hills Public Works Department site and land on Washington Street for housing and community development between June 21, 2023, and July 25, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. McKinnon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/1878, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the Agency provided a response to Ms. McKinnon on August 18, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the Agency’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
