Subsequently, Ilearnedthat theDepartment provided Mr.Grann with aresponse dated August 24,2023.Wherethis appealwas opened asaresult oftheDepartment’s lackofa written response, Iwill nowconsider thisadministrative appeal closed.Mr. Grann mayappeal the substantive nature oftheDepartment’s response within ninety (90)days.
