Iversen Records Access Officer City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Iversen: I have received the petition of LaToya Johnson appealing the response of the City of Framingham (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 17, 2023, Ms. Johnson requested “all of the executive orders issued from the Mayor’s office in Framingham, Mass from 2020 to 2021.” The City responded on August 23, 2023, providing a hyperlink to a website. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, and claiming the City possesses additional responsive records, Ms. Johnson appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response by email to Ms. Johnson and this office on August 23, 2023. As this appeal was opened based on the City’s original August 23rd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Ms. Johnson may further appeal the substantive nature of the City’s August 23rd supplemental response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
