See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 2, 2022, Ms. Lee requested, “[c]opy of CD, thumb drive, tape, link or any medium of the June 22, 2022 ‘Zoom Meeting’/call held for the purposes of Registry Unit Negotiations Discussion.” Prior Appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR23/0330 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 6, 2023) and SPR23/1105 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (June 6, 2023). The Commissioners responded on June 5, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Lee petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2002, was opened as a result. It is my understanding that the Commissioners will provide an un-redacted copy of the responsive record to this office for an in camera review.
