See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 19, 2023, Tirzah Christopher of NPR requested, “... from January 1, 2020 and the fulfillment of this request: any and all data elements contained in and/or abstracted from the foreclosure petition filings that are collected through this online portal.” The Division responded on July 27, 2023. Unsatisfied with the Division’s response, Ms. Seller petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2016, was opened as a result. In an email dated September 7, 2023, Ms. Seller informed this office that she wishes to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
