See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 13, 2023, Mr. O’Donnell requested the following records: [1] The name, title and salary of all full-time non-unit profession (NUP) and full-time non-unit classified (NUC) employees at Mass Maritime employed on July 1, 2023. [2] The name, rank and salary of all full-time MSCA bargaining unit employees at Mass Maritime employed on July 1, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. O’Donnell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2059, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided a response to Mr. O’Donnell on August 27, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. O’Donnell may appeal the substantive nature of the University’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
