O’Donnell appealing the nonresponse of the Framingham State University (University) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 13, 2023, Mr. O’Donnell requested the following records: [1.] The name, title and salary of all full-time non-unit profession (NUP) and full-time non unit classified (NUC) employees at the University employed on July 1, 2023. [2.] The name, rank and salary of all full-time MSCA bargaining unit employees at the University employed on July 1, 2023. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. O’Donnell petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2062, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the University provided Mr. O’Donnell with a response dated August 29, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the University’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
