See G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 13, 2023, Mr. Teague requested “…copies of the plans you presented at CPP last night.” Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR23/1846 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (August 23, 2023). In my August 23rd determination, I ordered the City to clarify its claims under Exemption (d) of the Public Records Law. The City provided a response on September 7, 2023. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Teague petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2140, was opened as a result. In an email to this office on September 8, 2023, Mr. Teague states that he is “withdrawing [his] Appeal SPR23-2140.” Accordingly, per Mr. Teague’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
