See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 31, 2023, Mr. Tobin requested the following: [1.] [A]ny documents relating to the district’s social media and social media/internet safety pertaining to staff and posting to district social media pages[,] ... things like internal training documents, safety protocol for posting to the social media pages, and also any waivers/image release families sign. [2.] ... any emails from [a named individual]. The School responded on August 8, 2023, providing records responsive to Part 1 of the request. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, and seeking additional records, Mr. Tobin appealed and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Tobin on September 13, 2023. As this appeal was opened based on the School’s August 8th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Tobin may further appeal the substantive nature of the School’s September 13th response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
