Herman appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 23, 2023, Mr. Herman requested the following record pertaining to an investigation of Boston Public Schools: [1.] …the agreement with [an identified individual]. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR23/2156, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the City provided a response to Mr. Herman on September 11, 2023. Where this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
