See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). SPR23/2154 On August 24, 2023, Mr. Tobin requested “... any and all staff emails that concern the following phrases: child find, dyslexia, SLD, eligibility, advocate [including] ... text messages of staff ...” SPR23/2157 On August 24, 2023, Mr. Tobin requested “... all emails to and from theater staff [and] ... any staff text messages related to school business.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Tobin petitioned this office and these appeals, SPR23/2154 and SPR23/2157, were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the District intends on providing a written response to Mr. Tobin. Accordingly, the District is ordered to provide Mr. Tobin with said response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations and this order within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of the response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Tobin may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
